Trying so hard to ignore all Marvel stuff, but is there a reason some people are assuming the Bucky arm thing is a We Don't Trust You Kill-Switch and not just the normal way to pop off the prosthetic for regular cleaning and maintenance?
Yeah but there's a difference between limiting how much you trust someone and deceiving them about that limited trust Like having a separate bank account from your spouse and *not telling them* about it

Especially since backdoors are not magical portals that only allow the chosen ones to activate them. They had secretly made him vulnerable to *anyone else who figured that out*. For years. Without letting him know at all.

People I don't trust completely don't know I don't trust them completely. It would be hurtful but the fact is it's survival. Clearly Ayo was right because Bucky released Zemo and he knew they would be pissed. He was excepting them.

Cool! And Zemo killed someone who'd also done a bad thing, even if Zemo didn't know it. (But, being Zemo, I suspect he suspected, given what he had access too). Does that mean what Zemo did was OK?
