I wouldn't say that treating abortion like a gender-affirmative therapy counts as "defending abortion". Abortion isn't aspirational, Grace.

No, there's plenty of real live people on the Internet who are pro-life and are also "radical feminists" Partly because of the watering-down of the latter term, perhaps, but honestly there's not that much ideological distance to travel between old-school TERFs and pro-lifers
