Also this May in part be the original shows fault too as that show deliberately ditched civilian identities so they’re always heroes all the time. And they made Cyborg exuberant and full of life because he got a second chance but the most they dwell on it...

Is the episode Stone and that he had “an accident” but no personal life beyond that. And also the great Khary Payton’s performance probably helped
