I saw this this morning. The likelihood that the presence at Capitol Hill and the documented outburst are the only two incidents feel low, and perhaps the reaction to the outburst should be considered in the light of hey, maybe this person has an ongoing pattern of behaviour?

and, i mean on top of that, my own experience in academia tells me that nearly of a certainty, whatever the precipitating incident was, it was only the tip of an iceberg, because it's *always* the tip of an iceberg it takes a *lot* for people to start up one of these complaints
