I am literally showing you the text of the law, in what way am I “misinformed”

And the line between gigantomastia ("giant breasts", breasts so big they'll rule it a "medical issue" right away) and macromastia ("big breasts", where there's a lot more gatekeeping involved) and not having a "medical condition" at all is socially defined, it's arbitrary

Obviously, yes, there's physical symptoms too -- back pain, itching, sweating, chafing, all that good stuff That's a spectrum of stuff that happens to anyone who has breasts, and how much it bugs you and whether it's "worth it" to have surgery is a matter of opinion

(There are also people who get back problems, which are separately diagnosable and not related to social pressure)

Pain isn't something anyone else can see. You can't diagnose pain, you have to accept the statements of the person suffering it. We shouldn't gatekeep pain, and to get back on topic this is the same reason we shouldn't gatekeep dysphoria. You can't see it, you have to accept it.
