Technically speaking, the MCU has had a different canonical U.S. Presidents from Earth-1218 (aka "Reality") at differing points, specifically Matthew Ellis elected during IRON MAN 3 and referenced subsequently (concurrent with Obama IRL, who is also mentioned but only on Netflix)https://twitter.com/woweed1/status/1378415670724005892 …

The fans ended up deciding Obama was elected in 2008 but ended up a one-termer because of a public backlash blaming him for the crisis in New York in Avengers 1, electing moderate Republican Matthew Ellis on a "law-and-order" platform

The Russos said for the sake of the Avengers movies they never even thought about the question of whether Trump was President during the Snap However, both Agents of Shield and Runaways vaguely imply that the Trump/Clinton election happened in 2016 and Trump won

In the same way that comics have a sort of sliding time-scale, where characters’ origins slide through time so the characters don’t have to age, real-world historical events get retconned in so popular slang and trends can stay relevant.

The "I'm with Her" gag in Runaways goes beyond just "popular slang" to being a deliberate political reference, I'd argue, although Runaways really didn't give a shit about trying to stay within the bounds of the MCU proper
