You notice Christians don't talk about how the reason there's a day in between Good Friday and Easter Sunday is Jesus is Jewish and spent the Sabbath chilling inside his grave like you're supposed to

The thing that confused me as a kid was: the Bible says Jesus was resurrected after three days, but Friday to Sunday is clearly two (at least by how we count now). When I raised this with The Adults, not only did they not know why, they didn't seem to care in any way

"Within a three-day period" is how a nerd would put it I guess

Yes, and there's lots of wording using "on the 3rd day" rather than "after 3 days". But it was an eye-opener to find no adults who thought this was worthy of discussion, rather than just regurgitating "it was 3 days" as dogma

Yeah he died Friday afternoon/evening and came back Sunday morning so in terms of 24-hour periods it was really only 1.5 days Saturday was the only full day he spent dead (hence the point of my post)
