Have you ever actually talked to trans people about their childhoods? And why not just accept trans people as is? Why do people like you always insist trans people need to justify ourselves? Other than you want an excuse to strip trans people of our rights.

Someone who "detransitions" is generally not equivalent to someone who never transitioned at all -- there's no going back in life, only forward, there's no magical rewind to an "original state" -- and while some are aggrieved and see this as "damage" many don't

These detrans activist types never go to court to seek redress for themselves. They never sue for money for services or access to services to aid in their detransition. They mobilize to take away trans people's access to transition in the first place.
