I don't care. I literally do not care whatsoever. What I do care about is respecting the people who are harmed by those who would dismiss their gender identity as invalid for whatever arbitrary reason they've decided it to be. And that includes Singal and his contagion rhetoric.

There are some incredibly ugly ideas implicit in how he deploys this term. It implies that being trans is somehow communicated through proximity (which is a queerphobic idea that is patently absurd).
