A note about courts and creeps, assholes demands that their attitudes being proven in front of a court of law are usually aware that this stuff doesn't fall under the juridiction of the courts.

Funny thing, german courts (as I recall) used to actually try stuff like that in the 19th century. Like you could take someone to court for calling you a swine, but you risked losing and having to live with an official court ruling that you were, in fact, a swine.
