You could replicate *everything an artwork-linked NFT does* with an ordinary fucking website serving as a "trusted environment" Just have the original artist put up a Bluehost site for like $100/yr that says "THIS IS THE OFFICIAL OWNER OF MY DIGITAL PAINTING"
