Being mind-controlled is, I would have to imagine, its own specific type of trauma that doesn't easily map onto others (If it does map onto anything it's abusive relationships and cults)

Like I can't imagine Abhilash(Norm) or Sarah(Dottie) ever want to hear canned audience laughter ever again Ironically their comfort shows might end up being gory action stuff where there's something physical to fight against, as opposed to the Hex or the Snap

The citizens of Westview are all big fans of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier They've been waiting for WandaVision to end so it can premiere

It's hilarious how on the nose TFatWS is in terms of media cliches It's exactly the 80s buddy cop formula, one's a Black dude one's a white dude they fight crime Lol Bucky's HYDRA codename could've been "The Lethal Weapon"

I would love it if they were as subversive of their genre as WandaVision was of the suburban dom-com But it looks like they're just gonna unironically do it Have the bad guys be "anarchists" who burn the American flag smh

Yeah the bad guys are a terrorist group known as the Flag-Smashers, named after a somewhat obscure Captain America villain from the comics
