Well the only sentient AIs that have ever existed in the MCU are Ultron, Vision, and that HYDRA guy who put his brain in a computer, right? Ultron died quickly and the HYDRA guy was kept secret. So Vision is the only one where these issues would pop up.

Honestly the whole Sokovia Accords thing makes more sense in the comics where there are tons of secret super vigilantes and doesn’t really make sense in the MCU where there are only like a dozen heroes, they’re open in public, and they already work for the government.

And weirdly one of the *only* heroes with a secret identity in the MCU is Spider-Man, who Tony forces to work on the pro-registration side.

Yea...but, given she had an official status as a semi-permenent resident it's probably very illegal. Besides under the 14th noncitizens are still entitled to due process. Although, my understanding is how much of US law applies to noncitizens a big point of contention in conlaw.
