Look, I'll admit it, I'm gay af for Evan Peters Quicksilver He was like the one cool thing that carried the soft-rebooted X-Men series and reimagining him as Uncle Jesse/Francis from Malcolm in the Middle is something I didn't know I desperately wanted until I had it

No disrespect to Johnson's take on Pietro, but the Fox Quicksliver was ultimately a lot more fun and kindnof carried the movies he appears in despite not being in them very much

Evan Peters Pietro was, weirdly, much closer to the family dynamic in the comics (where, well, spoiler alert, Quicksilver never died) Comics Pietro was always a prick, just to greater or lesser degrees depending on what team he was on this week

And he was always a dick about the Vision thing Passive-aggressive big brother jealousy, their personalities are like oil and water, combined with the fact that he's really racist against robots
