You’ve watched NBA basketball games before right? I agree that fat-shaming needs to end, and it’s great to teach people to learn how to love the bodies they’re in at the moment, but this idea that muscle definition is automatically unhealthy is clearly false.

nba players drop down to maybe 10% body fat (muscle definition, visible abs, etc.). competition bodybuilders typically drop down to about 3% (visible veins). staying that low is extremely unhealthy; it's part of what killed andreas munzer
