We've now been walked through Wanda's trauma in agonizing detail and got information we didn't have before. As well as a bit of MCU retconning. Her 'magic' doesn't come from Infinity Stones. It maybe allowed her to survive it. Or unlocked something. That...actually doesn't
Being all manipulative to Vision instead of just telling him the truth, which he obviously wanted to know (as Darcy eventually does) seems counterproductive if her goal really is to help

Agnes was running Fake Peter, she said so, he had her eyes and ears. She could easily assume Wanda had a similar set up with Vision. And she didn't want to go straight up against Wanda, not directly, unless she has to. Telling Vidionis too risky, better to keep chipping away.

And that's a way to test what Vision is too. Is she telling WANDA that information? Or is Vision a separate being. At this point in the show...we don't even know what he is.
