Unless you think that, say, getting hungry and eating a sandwich is "imposing the desires of the mind to override the body's natural processes (of slowly starving to death)"

THEY ARE the ones proposing a "mind/body split" (by saying some things you want to do are "natural" because they "come from your body" and others are "unnatural" because they "come from your mind")
