MCU defenders always argue that the blockbuster movies provide the financial cushion for the talent involved to pursue quirky indie projects So if you liked WandaVision ep 8 PLEASE check out Elizabeth Olsen's show Sorry for Your Loss, a whole series where she plays a young widow

It's basically a whole actual show of the "2010s episode" of WandaVision (ep. 7, with Wanda having a hilarious "case of the Mondays"/major depression in a quirky modern setting)

It got very good reviews but sank like a stone because it's on a streaming service no one uses (Facebook Watch)

i google it and it says is from "facebook watch", firts... what tha hell is FBWatch? and second... how do we draw the line of "independend", if there is other monopoly as hated than disney, that would be facebook...

like, i consider this debate idiotic, Leonardo DaVinci worked for The Rich, and most of his art has comisioned. But... i can never understand where people draw the line with movies. It seams and arbitrary stand about what feels "individual" and what FEELS "corporate".

Thanks for the rec. I'm "enjoying" it so far. As someone who is still feeling the effects of grief years after my loved one's passing, I appreciate this in many ways. Olsen, Tran, and Jones are all fantastic.
