There's a reason the MCU stuff that's been the most "traditional action movie" has often also been the worst-reviewed and most-quickly-forgotten -- Iron Man 3, Thor 2, half of the Netflix TV shows

The people trying to make their own MCU and thought it was easy as "Repackage well-known brand names as slick badass action heroes" crashed and burned Like the DCEU was actually the *least* bad of those attempts (remember the "Dark Universe")

Star wars is the real villain of action movie cliches I was enjoying the mandalorian until 4 out of 5 of the last episodes were "infiltrate the base/ship and steal/rescue" whatever This default sw plot makes me roll my eyes, at this point
