Who do you suggest is to blame? From what I've read, several power plants got frozen, which suggests it is actually an infrastructure issue.

The infrastructure froze because it wasn’t proofed for it, and that is because the Texas energy market is heavily deregulated, which allowed them to skip that step to save money. What you got there is, a political problem.
