You keep talking about "rights" This is not a *legal* right that exists in the form you say it does, and if it did -- the right to not have people say true things they know about you because it's harmful to you -- then "free speech" wouldn't meaningfully be a right

It applies to literally anyone. It applies if we're talking about Trump or the Pope or Scott. If we're prevented from speaking, we're denied the right to speak. That's what it means.

No, there are laws specifically against revealing addresses, Social Security numbers, and similar information However, revealing the legal name of someone using an Internet pseudonym does not fall under these laws

For the record, when someone is already famous enough to get a NYT profile at all, the idea that stating their real name that they use in daily life that a very large percentage of their readers aready know is a "violation of their privacy" is much closer to the second
