His British accent, his stilted mannerisms, the repeated references to how he can't eat or drink It'd all work for just a regular sitcom where he's the "fish out of water" protagonist but it's obviously amplified by the actual story

He's a fundamentally abnormal person and Wanda is working overtime using all her considerable power to create an exaggeratedly forced version of "normal" for him to fit into And maybe it's all out of love, but it's not working, and the rising tension from it is about to explode

A fair bit of resonance there for neurodivergent viewers who've been in dysfunctional relationships

The thing that killed me was, of course Vision would be honest enough to tell Wanda "I'm scared." He doesn't have the human bro defensiveness preventing him from admitting that.

Yeah and like Vision is a fundamentally gentle, nonviolent person who hates conflict His relationship with Wanda is the only guiding constant in his life For him to actually flip out at her and start yelling at her shows us JUST HOW BAD it is for him now

My favorite part of Age of Ultron is that Vision can pick up Mjolnir. He's just that worthy from birth. When he first shows signs of being human, he nearly kills Rhodes. I feel like WandaVision has taken these two aspects and melded them together
