I guess the next time I'm working in a retail job and someone snatches all my money from the tip jar and says something that makes no sense in an angry tone of voice when I object, I'll keep in mind that I'm the one oppressing the autistic community by not letting him do it

But yeah I'd be a lot more likely to just be freaked out in the wake of an interaction like this - "What the hell is this guy doing?" - and probably a more "normal" person would be more likely to dismiss it ("He probably just spaced out, whatever")

The TSA is pretty awful and are overly aggressive about way too many things, but they do have a much lower murder rate than the police. They're very unlikely to try and kill someone in an airport because they actually *do* get fired and investigated for this stuff.
