Anyway that's why I know that "fajita" refers to a cut of meat and not the way it's served (the "skirt steak" or the thoracic diaphragm) And that a synonym for someone having "six-pack abs" is a "lean London broil"

Not desirable from a butcher's POV, if you were a cow they'd want you to have at least a little tummy ("well-marbled")

I'd be more concerned about a combo vascular and central nervous system. Just enough of a human-ish shape to identify as "belonging to homo sapiens" but much less familiarity.

When I was a kid, we had a World Book encyclopedia with transparent pages for human anatomy, so you could look at the nervous system, and then layer the circulatory system over than, then respiratory, then muscular, and so on.
