Speaking of the dinner scene, knowing what we know, it does seem kind of unexplained why the boss started choking on his food or why they were interrogating them at all if Wanda is in complete control of everything? Or why certain characters break character sometimes.

I feel like "Mr. Hart" was breaking character at that point because the script allowed him to - his character being all nosy gave him an opening to *actually ask* "Where did you come from? Why are you here? What do you want?" and Wanda panicked

Didn't vision learn to cook in Civil War? Whoever is making Westview has actively made him less competent at household chores. I guess could be a part of his memory loss (Although he generally seems to have retained skills).
