Okay so spoilers . . . . . . . . . . . It may not be the biggest reveal in the world, but the fact that this episode essentially has Wanda completely break character and directly snarl at Monica "Yes OF COURSE I'm doing this on fucking purpose" is everythinghttps://twitter.com/spooloflies/status/1357759344025219077 …

You’re not wrong But my money is currently on “that wasn’t Wanda”

Mine too. For starters, that same episode showed us that when somebody leaves Westview they keep their TV clothes

The episode showed us that the clothes actually get transformed. If we assume that Wanda is doing the transforming, she can also change her own clothes, and then change ’em back. Maybe she figures she looks more intimidating in her Avengers getup.

Yeah this theory doesn't make sense to me because the missile was clearly fired at the real Wanda, and Wanda being replaced by an impostor within a matter of seconds while the real Wanda conveniently goes somewhere she doesn't remember afterwards is too pat for me

Replying to @arthur_affect @avram and
And yeah if we accept it is the real Wanda, everything about her appearance in this scene including her clothes and accent is obviously intended to communicate "Yes, it's the real me and I know full well what I'm doing Stop investigating and stop trying to 'save' me"

But the accent and clothes are WRONG, she doesn't talk like that and she doesn't wear that. The accent is wrong, the attitude is wrong, the too-flashy superhero suit is wrong, the powers are wrong (how's she hauling that drone one-handed? where're the hex bolts? why no flying?)

It's the accent she relapsed into when she appears in the climax of Endgame

It’s too obvious, it’s too expected. I don’t buy it. There’s too many things around the margins that she’s not in control of, and her rejoinder to Vision — that she’s utterly incapable of puppeting 3200 people around their mundane schedules — rings true and goes unanswered
