Strange that the conclusion of your "thought process" ends in an emotional response rather than a conclusion derived from facts. Jewish culture has failed to integrate in many host nations because of the racist teachings in the Talmud that guided Jewish culture. Read a book.

Like how, say, a lot of old-school students of psychology consider Freud's writings their "bible" while also thinking that a lot of the specifics of what Freud thought are outdated or just plain wrong (This is a comparison Chaim Potok directly makes in The Chosen)

I love how the dude thought he could win the argument by dropping a few out-of-context Talmud quotes. Fucked around and found out.

So I don’t know much about Jewish tradition but like, to make a comparison to Christianity, are you saying that the Talmud is best compared to like, a written record of all those arguments about the nature of the trinity or whatever?
-
It includes a fair amount of that. It's also a lot of specific hypotheticals, where it's not just a question of determining a theological point, but comparing applications in different scenarios.
