A lot of Very Smart blue checks are still busy accusing me of anti-Semitism when, in fact, I was pointing out that this particular narrative is rapidly growing right now. There are a LOT of reasons this is a big problem that people are underestimating. But stay mad at me instead. https://twitter.com/CpTs35965106/status/1357458098127044614 …

So, what is the solution? If we grant your argument, that Jews espousing repugnant beliefs contribute to the rise of anti-Semitism, what can be done outside of condemning the anti-Semites, themselves? You clearly believe this is insufficient. What further steps should be taken?

James thinks we should give the nazis everything they want and just pretend they're not nazis. He is the modern version of weimar germans who allied with the nazis because it served their purposes of keeping the left out of power.

No. This is a steaming pile of disingenuous shit.

He's completely correct, James' rhetoric is almost verbatim that of a German "centrist" in the 1930s who put "Mr. Hitler, whom I do not support" into power because they thought Stalin and the KPD were the greater threat and the SPD unable to stop their excesses
