The issue is not "homophobia" per se, it's discriminating against people based on their sexual orientation/preference, whatever the hell that may happen to be

You can see what TERFs are trying to do right now -- giving the lie to the "LGB Alliance" name, a lot of them are right now giving full vent to their biphobia and trying to walk back the idea that bisexuality/pansexuality exists and shouldn't be discriminated against

Nope. It’s always been there. The technical term used to be “a bit of a tart”.

I guess you like hair color analogies so let's go back to that It's perfectly possible to just say "I don't care what color someone's hair is, it has no effect on whether I'm attracted to them" There's nothing wrong with being slutty, but there's nothing slutty about saying it

It has nothing to do with being just so horny you aren't "satisfied" with one hair color, it has nothing to do with having a desperate need to sample sex partners of the whole spectrum of different hair colors, it has nothing to do with fucking blondes to make brunettes jealous

Some people -- a lot of people -- just DON'T CARE And it's this fact TERFs can't deal with -- "The DEFINITION of 'sexuality' depends on 'sex'! The WHOLE POINT of being sexually attracted to someone is to unwrap the prize of a penis or a vagina, specifically, at the end!"

So they have to turn it into something else, which is what we call biphobia It can be virulent, open biphobia -- "Fakers trying to trick people into being their beards" -- or casual, "affectionate" biphobia -- "Oh you're just kinda horny all the time, you scamp"

But it's fucking bullshit either way, and obvious it does undermine the concept of equality and non-discrimination ("Why shouldn't I be allowed to discriminate against someone for being too horny to stick to fucking one sex")
