Anyway a nurse at the VA called me up to inquire as to whether I had any idea as to why my hemoglobin levels came out as high on my most recent blood test I have brought this information to the attention of my anxiety disorder, which insists I only have six months left to live

When I was a teenager I used to go on camping trips with this group from my high school to get out of having to take PE and the trips always involved a long lecture about how once you're in the desert dehydration is no joke and can really sneak up on you

And can invisibly mess with not just your physical fitness but your cognitive function, like being drunk Never let someone behind the wheel of a vehicle if they can't remember the last time they had a drink of water, etc
