Given that she's a founding member of the LGB Alliance, which is the leading group in the UK right now that's aiming to strip back even the moderate steps towards trans rights in law already there, yeah I'd say it matters that she's confessing to being a conservative hack lmao

A vegetarian who went to events with Hitler and accepted Nazi Party funding and so on in order to promote vegetarianism would be a bad person deserving of disapproval and scorn

I mean the whole TERF movement is about adapting an outmoded (not to mean "wrong") gender politic to exclude rights for an entire class of people it's a conservative movement basically by definition

You have it wrong. Radical feminists are not trans exclusive. They exclude males from the feminism.

This is why the LGB Alliance was cited; their work is not in actually liberating any lesbian, gay, or bisexual people but to use them as cover while they go "oh no the genders". If they're an "LGB Alliance" that presumably means they're not turning away cis gay dudes

I don't have anything much to do with LGB alliance ( apart from a follow) but understand their frustration with the homophobia many lesbians and gay men have been receiving.

You mean homophobia like opposing marriage equality, opposing the existence of gay-straight alliances in schools because the facilitators are likely to be pedophiles, arguing that affirming teenagers coming out as gay is a "safeguarding concern"? That kind of homophobia?
