The thing that keeps going through my head is that these people think they fundamentally have the right to be wherever they are, that this country belongs to them, that it's their "birthright" Everything about our politics is built on them having a birthright

I cannot find it again, but I could have sworn that I read a thing a couple years back that made it obvious that the NYT was just constantly reinterviewing the same 10-15 people over and over and over again.
