I'm not talking about the fucking kids' welfare I'm talking about MY welfare, other adults' welfare, the welfare of all the old people and immunocompromised people It's all one risk our whole population is taking Why do people still not understand this basic concept

What about that poor kid at Florida? Went into a damn coma after having covid. There's all kinds of anecdotes about college athletes having serious heart and lung problems after recovering from covid.

My cousin is a teacher. A kid at her school had what seemed like a very mild case COVID and recovered. Several weeks later he’s back at school and his dr has given him the all clear for football practice. And in the middle of practice he suffered a fatal heart attack.

Somewhat like infectious diseases car crashes can harm people other than the ones using the car. That’s why car usage is so highly regulated and FREEDOMS so limited
