Even in pure social terms, a stat that means I get to play the game *more* than everyone else at the table is a terrible idea.

And now I'm just remembering Hero system's Speed attribute and how the net result is that the game is played from the frame of reference of the fastest player. In fights of any size it gets... bad.

First edition Celerity lasts the whole scene and also adds to your Dex, it's ridiculous Second and Third Edition cut it to per round and eliminate the Dex bonus and it's STILL OP
