I'm sure there are guaranteed ways she could get it--find someone who has it and spend a few days with them--but she won't, because talking a big game but not being required to back it up is their lifeblood.

I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt that of all possible foods she didn't pick fajita over, say, bad fish, because of racism. There's no reason to give it to her and it probably is racist, but there's enough to unpack without the Plausibly Deniable Racism crowd showing up.
