Now that I’m in mountain time I need to fight the urge to stay up all night because turning in at a somewhat reasonable time will not actually cost me any companionship from my PST friends

Arizona not using DST is one of the major reasons a lot of TV networks don't bother even having a separate Mountain Time schedule

When I lived in Idaho for a year as a kid some of the cable networks, lacking a dedicated Mountain Time schedule, perversely broadcast to us in *Eastern* Time Young me got exposed to a bunch of stuff intended for after my bedtime
