Man it's just a fucking bizarre decision Move Heaven and Earth just to keep Sylar on the show because you got Zachary Quinto under contract, fine, it's shitty writing but I understand the impulse What the hell was so great about Ali Larter

The thing where she had to play multiple personalities in Season 1 is this thing where a casting director apparently thought she was a virtuoso acting chameleon and she... wasn't Bluntly, she's not *that* hot either

They had other hotter better actresses on the show that they kept just introducing just to kill off, and it seems like statistically most of them *had* to be less racist than she was

I hate to be a nerd but it was so fucking galling how little sense DL's death made and it makes so much more sense to have it confirmed it was just racism His *whole thing* is that he can phase through solid matter

They even made a stupid meta joke about it, Meredith (played by Jesslayn Gilsig) raises an eyebrow and goes "You've still got a thing for blondes" when she sees Nathan and Niki together Ha ha ha, good one, show, points for self-awareness
