Anyway I don't know that there's a specific meaning in Hebrew of putting the noun before or after the verb, I looked it up and it says it's the same thing (and "Elnathan" is a rare variant of "Nathaniel")

It may be dialect, I'm not sure. The text is assembled from multiple varieties of Hebrew and Aramaic, so there's some muddling. You also see some -baal versions, which is literally 'lord,' and refers to God in some contexts, but usually ends up as a pagan god "baal"
