A reminder that: 1) Everyone's a human being and plenty of PoC find reasons to adopt white supremacist ideology, 2) "Latino" has never actually been a racial category to begin with, and TONS of Latinos have always considered themselves whitehttps://twitter.com/JoyAnnReid/status/1337940114295705607?s=20 …

I mean, "Latin American" is itself this really broad category -- a huge percentage of the population of Argentina is descended from relatively recent European immigration Mostly from Italy and Spain, but a fair number from other places, including Germany

Hence the Nazis fleeing there because of the presence of German-speaking neighborhoods throughout the major cities (there's still a fairly major newspaper published in German IIRC)

that was a desperate move, go to south america or get jail time. On 90s a brazilian neo nazi group tried contact with a german neo nazi and the germans laughed at them. On Bacurau movie there is a joke about people considering theirselves white
-
Fair enough, but I think this is something that differs by country

Yeah, and like, the Nazis had a whole weird ranking of white people, but it didn't stop them from forming alliances with Italy, etc. All of this is flexible enough as circumstances necessitate.
