There are people who are Latinx because their family's primary language historically was Spanish and they have a Spanish surname etc but have blonde hair, blue eyes and whom Hitler would happily classify as "Nordic"

And there's people who would be kneejerk judged as "non-white" by white Anglos in the US because they have dark hair and a darker complexion but where they come from are absolutely accepted as white Whether or not they have any Native ancestry in their blood

I'll say it again~ 'white' means 'slaver'. Not skin tone. They just convinced everyone else it meant 'light skin'. Humans are tannish pink.

I am a white Latinx. My grandfather is from Mexico and is likely Spanish (last name: Franco). My grandmother is half Argentine, and I've no idea if her dad was indigenous or not (I think so but I'll never know for sure).

There can also be folks from a Latinx country who actually are of Indiginous descent and they are people of color.
