I understand the appeal of class reductionism because it makes things look a lot easier to fix but then you get into the details and it’s just as complicated to unravel as any other systemic injustice. Which is why the only progress comes from a holistic approach.

eh sort of, most ceos either own a controlling interest or are directly elected by investors, calling it an employee position is kinda misleading.

same goes for most other c-suite and board positions, if they aren't part of the capitalist class they are directly appointed by the capitalist class.
