You think three high court judges have had their legal opinions shaped by the twittering of a fantasy author? I don't. I think they might influence you in whatever direction, but not them. That's not to say they don't have opinions, just that twitter et al is not an influence.

Yeah. The implication isn't even that kids can't make these decisions, but that NOBODY can make these decisions unless they go through puberty.

And I mean, the whole thing is a catch-22, because an AWFUL LOT of puberty has happened to most kids by 16.

it's really gross, given how i never felt this way after going through puberty, and was in fact traumatized by it because it WAS the wrong one. i don't know why it needs to be said that you shouldn't traumatize people, especially children of all people
