      I guess you can sort of see it in the old photos from when he was younger and didn't have a beard The main issue people had with him was he was always underweight, and actually lost weight with age and stress His sunken cheeks were often compared to a skullpic.twitter.com/SaU1m3SpEG

      The main objection to him having Marfan syndrome is he didn't have any of the debilitating symptoms that make it a "syndrome" (vision problems, heart problems) so it'd be an unusual case if it were

          That also makes sense! I do think that the theory that he was so unique/unusual looking is due to a potential condition makes sense, though.
