Like put it this way, the eugenics position is to apply it selectively You say "I want EVERYONE to have babies" but really you only make the effort to help people like you have babies Or "I want NO ONE to have babies" but really you only try to stop people different from you

The big complaint about r/childfree is how *personal* the beefs are, how much time the people spend there on their own trauma and resentment etc They all, personally, don't want to have babies and are mad at their own friends, family and colleagues who have babies

So I mean a lot of them are in fact racist sure but it's hard to call them *hypocrites* And this is way more true of them than it is their opposing pro-natalists, a lot of whom are openly in favor of white Americans having babies as a *response* to other people having babies
