The idea of placing this in a public place where people are just trying to figure out when the next bus is going to arrive is, well, revolting. Public art should generally be pleasing to the eye and add aesthetic value to its surroundings. This, well, does not.

Putting that travesty in a public place is no different than deciding to fill a sidewalk planter with ragweed, poison ivy, and skunk cabbage.
