Well what other evidence might we burn at an incinerator? Mail in ballots, perhaps?

No, it's a crematorium, you burn dead bodies there Burning things that aren't dead bodies at a crematorium is pretty difficult, compared to burning it anywhere other than a crematorium

In what universe would it be easier to burn something at a crematorium than in the waste incinerator of some apartment buiding

Less likely to get caught? Its *directly* across the road from the money laundering place you put down on the donation records. In case you...forgot where you were laundering so you made it easy search.

The bizarre thing about Qanon psychology is that they presume enemies who are deliberately trying to be caught -- really wealthy and powerful in every other way but unable to resist leaving clues, like the Riddler "Their need for symbolism will be their downfall" etc.

Which is, I mean, really fucking stupid Why would a money laundering ring that apparently has branches in several different states name the "shell company" in each state THE SAME NAME What special occult significance does "Four Seasons" have

I cringe a little every time a bad guy gets caught in a movie because the fake name they were using or the name of the shell company they created or whatever actually means something connected to their real identity Like, it's so, so easy to just not do that

It's barely one step above in realism from how "password hacking" in movies involves actually logically deducing what the password must be based on details about the target's personal life Like ANY actual professional criminal wouldn't just use a password manager

(Well, okay, except for Donald Trump, who apparently actually did use the password "yourefired", because we live in a cruel and capricious universe)
