The most credible speculation I saw was for Tammy Baldwin, who while not a quote-unquote socialist was progressive enough for the base and came with a number of tactical advantages, not least of which is that she is indeed much younger

("Progressive enough" in this case meaning a credible substitute figurehead for a previously set Sanders agenda; I doubt berners would much care for a Baldwin solo run)
