Honestly the longer I think about it the harder it is not to be pissed at RBG for not retiring in 2013 Like the nicest thing you can say about her decision is she was wildly overoptimistic

Agreed. We can't plan for the future and build a society if we let individuals have that much power. We can celebrate (and criticize) RBG without allowing her to do whatever she wants without regard for the rest of the country.

No one cld force her out but the Democrats' inability to plan longterm on these issues is appalling.
