Disulfiram (antabuse) is arguably a physical treatment for a mental disorder, and there are certainly a number of physical interventions in other disorders that originate in the brain like epilepsy and Parkinson's.

Dualism is wrong It's wrong in both ways -- dualists wildly overestimate how much you can "change people's minds" via "purely mental" means (talking, persuasion, education, etc.) and wildly underestimate how much you can through "physical" means involving non-brain body parts

I mean, brains are very plastic, especially in young people, but that's not the same as saying people are completely blank slates! If we're using the terrible metaphor, the hardware dictates what software can run on the device! Can't run ARM software on an x86!
