The whole ugly history of people claiming the human mind is infinitely malleable and if you just give people the right classroom lessons and catechisms and books to read etc. you can turn people into whatever you want It's false, it doesn't work

Dualism is wrong It's wrong in both ways -- dualists wildly overestimate how much you can "change people's minds" via "purely mental" means (talking, persuasion, education, etc.) and wildly underestimate how much you can through "physical" means involving non-brain body parts
